Carob Cake with Carob icing

1/2 Cup Roasted Carob Powder
6oz Butter
1 Cup Caster Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
3 Eggs (Free Range Eggs)
2 Cups Self Raising Flour
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Bi-carb Powder
3/4 Cup Milk

2 Cups Icing Sugar
1oz Butter
2 Tablespoon Carob Powder
Warm Water
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs one at a time together
Then add flour, bi-carb, carob powder, salt and milk
Place into a 8" inch square or round tin
Bake at 360'F preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or till cooked
Icing: Sift icing and carob powder then put in butter and mix well. Mix warm water till icing thickness is achieved.
Pour over cake.
