Banana Carob Thick Shake (Carob Syrup)

3 scoops soy milk powder with 6.8oz water OR 8.4oz water
1oz Carob syrup
0.9oz raw almonds
1.8oz raw cashews
1 Raw Pitted Dates
7oz Frozen Banana

Grind the raw almond and raw cashews until fine then add the remaining ingredients and blend it up for about few minutes.
